FALL YA'LL

A Little Horror, a Little Harvest & a Whole Lot of Fall 🎃
Heya, friends!
I love seeing everyone’s Halloween costumes every year. The creativity, the makeup, the person who somehow turns a cardboard box into something incredible—I’m here for all of it! LOVE doom scrolling on TikTok to see them all!
But I’m usually enjoying the show in my regular clothes. I’m not much of a Halloween party or costume person, and when October rolls around, I tend to realize I have absolutely nothing festive to wear.
This year, I wanted to change that.
It started with “What would I wear?”
#1 for me is comfort, so maybe a tee, sweater and sweat pants? That question turned into a lot of ideas. Then more ideas. Then the slightly less fun task of deciding which ones would actually make it into the collection.
I wanted to create things I’d be excited to wear throughout the season. Something for enjoying October in my own way, whether that means heading to the pumpkin farm or just adding a little spooky personality to an everyday outfit. I also wanted to be able to wear it outside the holiday season too.
The result is the fall and Halloween collection you see live in the shop today!
A few familiar frights 👀
This year, I found inspiration in horror movies old and new, including The Ring, IT, and Dracula, along with the eerie world of Edgar Allan Poe. There’s so much to explore in those stories: unsettling imagery, memorable characters, and that feeling of being just a little creeped out while still wanting to see what happens next.
I had fun bringing some of those influences into my designs, alongside the warmer, more familiar parts of fall that I love. My version of fall includes both horror movies and fall norms like hot chocolate. I'm not a pumpkin spice fan but I do enjoy a good homemade pumpkin pie every year.
Halloween, the mix-and-match edition
Growing up, my family saved every Halloween costume. Each year, we’d pull things out and mix and match pieces from previous years.
There wasn’t always much money for extra spending in the fall. Thanksgiving and Christmas were coming, and we were saving for those celebrations, too. Our costume collection gave us something to work with—and plenty of opportunities to get creative. Those memories stayed with me. So much of the fun came from taking what we already had and imagining what it could become.
A little pumpkin-farm magic
My family goes to the same small, local family farm in Carnation, Washington, every year. We come home with pumpkins, corn, and squash—including spaghetti squash for dinner. Growing up, we also carved pumpkins and made pumpkin seeds every year. Those little traditions are a big part of what fall means to me.
When I worked on this collection, I wanted to tuck a tiny piece of that childhood magic into the designs: the excitement of Halloween coming, the family traditions, and the fun of making something your own.
So whether you have a full costume planned or, like me, just want something fun to wear in October, I hope you find a piece that feels like your kind of fall.
